Option for Foreign Employees in Chile to opt out of the Chilean Social Security System
Comply with the 18.156 Law requirements
- Foreigner (you cannot have a Chilean passport)
- Technical Employee -Diploma (Apostilled)
- Work Contract – Clause/Annex
Cover Outside of Chile for:
- Old age (Vejez)
- Sickness (Enfermedad)
- Disability (Invalidez)
- Death (Muerte)
